By accessing https://genverseai.com or using any Genverse applications, APIs, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Violate OpenAI's or Google DeepMind's usage policies for Sora 2 or Veo 3.1.

App-Specific Permissions & Updates

Genverse may deploy automatic updates, patches, or bug fixes. Mobile/desktop apps may request device permissions (e.g., camera, microphone, push notifications). Granting permissions constitutes consent; revoke permissions in your device settings if you no longer wish to provide them.

User Content

Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to such content.

License to Genverse

By submitting User Content, you grant Genverse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

• Is misleading, false, or violates laws/regulations.
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Engages in unauthorized face swapping or impersonation.
• Includes malware, harmful code, or explicit sexual material.
• Shares personal data without consent or violates legal/contractual obligations.
• Exploits or endangers children.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Public Visibility of Generated Content

If you publish Generated Content (e.g., sharing to the Gallery), you grant Genverse and its affiliates a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, host, and distribute such content—including derivative works—for operating, improving, promoting, and redistributing the Service across current or future media.

Intellectual Property

• Genverse Content All IP rights in the Service, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks belong to Genverse or its licensors.
• Usage Requests To use Genverse materials beyond the scope of these Terms, email [email protected] for permission.
• Feedback Any feedback you provide becomes Genverse property without obligation for compensation.

Payment, Credits & Subscription

• Credits are pay-as-you-go and never expire; there is no mandatory subscription.
• Fees are processed via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Creem).
• Charges are non-refundable unless expressly stated.
• You may cancel paid plans at any time; service remains active through the billing cycle. No prorated refunds for unused time.

Termination

• By You You may terminate your account anytime via account settings.
• By Genverse We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, illegal activity, or abuse, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, all licenses granted hereunder end immediately. Any accrued obligations (payments, IP rights) survive termination.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or specific video outcomes.
• Genverse disclaims all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement).
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genverse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genverse, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, User Content, or violation of these Terms.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Genverse and supersede prior agreements.
• Severability If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
• Assignment You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. Genverse may assign freely.
